As Subject Matter Expert, you will oversee Regional office administrative activities in coordination with the Regional Vice President and Senior Management team and execute Regional office business functions including Accounting & Finance, Business Development, Human Resources, Information Technology, Billing, Client Services, and Project Administration in coordination with Corporate Office personnel. You will collaborate with Corporate Technology, Human Resources, Project Management and Finance including liaison with the CFO in providing regional data for accounting, tax, auditing, financial reporting and operational optimization.
Prerequisites: Office management dexterity; Aptitude working within a team atmosphere as well as independently; Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Knowledge and experience with ERP systems; the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality; Detail oriented with excellent organizational and verbal and written communication skills. Your knowledge of Canadian business and employment practices, tax and financial management, employee payroll and benefits coordination as well as project administration are further attributes ensuring success within this opportunity.
