Good Morning,

Stillness heals………in a world with seemingly endless information and constant contact we need to take quiet moments in natural surroundings so that we can restore our spirit. Communing with nature allows the endless noise in our brains to pause and it rejuvenates our soul. If we do not nurture ourselves in this way then our lives become one big blur of action and constant communication that only ends when we fall exhausted into our beds each night.  

A walk at the beginning or end of your day  where you absorb your surroundings will bring a sense of quiet and peace, it will centre you and remind you of what is truly important. We are not machines, we are not meant to run endlessly, we need maintenance, and we need to nourish ourselves with the simple goodness that we often take for granted.

So put magic into your day by starting with gratitude and as you head out into your world……remember to pause briefly from time to time, turn the noise off, and bring stillness and peace to your day.  Dr Wayne Dyer said “You are whole. You are complete. You are total in every moment that you are alive.  Abundance is about looking at life and knowing that we have everything we need for complete happiness, and then being able to celebrate each and every moment of life. Our days are the precious currency of our lives.”
