Good Morning,

Take care of yourself……….nurture your spirit with gratitude.  Negative feelings about yourself cause the greatest damage to your life, because they are infinitely more powerful than any feelings that you may have about anything or anyone else. If we hold onto negative feelings about some aspect of who we are then we take those feelings with us wherever we go and we use them as the filter for every situation that we find ourselves in.

Conversely when we are grateful for who we are and rich with good feelings about what we bring to our world we are able to bring that spirit to all that we do. When you are grateful for your life, you are not harsh with yourself, you do not blame yourself, you do not criticize yourself when things are less than perfect, you are simply grateful for being you…….and that gratitude manifests itself as happiness, and that happiness is contagious to others.

So today, say thank you for everything that you are and go out into the world and find the magic that is waiting.  Kahlil Gibran said “The appearance of things changes according to the emotions, and thus we see magic and beauty in them, while the magic and beauty are really in ourselves.”
