Today’s Challenge ~ Connect with your spirit and it will restore your power.

Always do your best……..never give up. As humans we sometimes allow external factors and people to tilt our world. In those moments we lose our power and we lose ourselves in the abyss of emotions and feelings. We must remember that each one of us has been blessed with an individual spiritual essence. A unique path that is all our own, and there for us to follow. The more you connect to that part of you, known as your spirit, the greater your life experience. All too often, we listen to our mind as it darts from one feeling to another creating chaos within. This is precisely the moment when we must stop, collect ourselves and breathe. Deep in that connection to spirit is grace, faith, and our love for life.

That is where our true power resides. That sacred place that is never hopeless or overwhelmed because it believes in the possibilities of life, not the impossibilities. There will be times when we must lean into our own vulnerability in order to summon our spirit. It is our own personal place, where a light shines eternally on our truth.  It is a place to shake off the emotions that rob us of our peace. So,  whenever you are overwhelmed, distraught, or sad, go to that peaceful place in you that knows. Go home to gather up the pieces of yourself that you have let slip away. Your spirit will restore all that is good, and all that is necessary for you to reclaim your best life. Today is going to be brilliant because you are summoning all that is brilliant within you. Caroline Myss said “Your spirit is the part of you that is seeking meaning and purpose. That’s one way someone can relate to that. Another way to understand spirit is that it’s the part of you that is drawn to hope, that will not give in to despair. The part of you that has to believe in goodness; that has to believe in something more. Learning to be in touch with who you are at the deepest level is the GREATEST gift you can give yourself in this lifetime. If you don’t know who you are, there is no chance you will live your best life, and that is a tragedy.”
