Good Morning,
Happy Wednesday. Have a beautiful day. Enjoy.

Take care of yourself…….. enjoy sacred quiet time. Five minutes spent in silence will nurture and revive your soul and spirit. Taking a walk in nature can be one of the most invigorating things we do for ourselves. Not only do we exercise our bodies but we give our minds the gift of peace. It is important to turn off the phone, the radio, the television, and to just be present. To sink into this quiet time without trying to control your thoughts, emotions, or body. These moments that we spend in silence are the gift that we must give ourselves from time to time. It is the way we show ourselves love as we connect with the wisdom of knowing how to quiet the mind and enjoy the sweet sound of tranquility.
We must also listen to our stories and our rhetoric……if you are the person who is always talking about how busy you are, how overwhelmed you are, day after day. If there is never enough time in the day, if you hold yourself to impossible schedules and fall into bed exhausted each night then you have ceased to listen to the little voice that knows. It knows you are placing everyone else’s needs ahead of your own. It keeps trying to say…..take care of yourself, slow down and find your moment of peace. So listen to your inner knowing…..give yourself the gift of peace. For there is no greater gift than freedom of the mind, body, and spirit. Namaste
Eckhart Tolle said “Bring awareness to the many subtle sounds of nature – the rustling of leaves in the wind, rain drops falling, the humming of an insect, the first birdsong at dawn. Give yourself completely to the act of listening. Beyond the sounds there is something greater: a sacredness that cannot be understood through thought. A great silent space holds all of nature in its embrace. It also holds you”
