A proven success history in healthcare software sales (healthcare administration software an asset), strong knowledge of the Canadian Healthcare landscape, strategic market and negotiation aptitude will assure success in the rapidly growing enterprise. Within the Sales & Support position, you will provide account development and management, pre and post sales technical support through client demonstrations, using market and product knowledge to assist sales team in opportunity cultivation, developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies; support and coordinate product training to customers on software, application, working with implementation teams to assure customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships  You will also support trade shows and professional conferences, and customer training; participate in and support the preparation of RFP  responses and produce applicable reports to stakeholders.

The Inside Sales Specialist will be a strategic sales partner offering exceptional client centric support, motivation, education and service while offering their new employer, exceptional representation and business intelligence collaboration.   This position will be focused on pipeline development, lead generation, prospecting, client service and support, and sales team collaboration.  Inside Sales Software experience towards the Healthcare community is ideal, however strong software knowledge and aptitude with inside sales/product expert and/or account management would strongly be considered.

Partner with all key Community Care givers: hospitals, medical academies, research facilities, health service providers, solo and group medical practitioners,  and, federal and government representatives and agencies.
