Your world is a reflection of you………..when you are grateful to be the person that you are, your life experience reflects that back to you. Loving ourselves works miracles in our lives; this is not to suggest that we act vainly or arrogantly because those things come from fear but rather we show respect and gratitude for our bodies and our minds. The very process of life is something to be thankful for and the joy of being alive is something we are reminded of every day if we are open to it. How you feel about the person in the mirror ultimately determines how much joy there will be in any given day.
The two things that can hold us back in our lives, are our beliefs because we grow and develop beliefs that become our resistance to changing; and our self-concepts that we use as limitations or resistance to change. If we are unconsciously allowing them to influence our thoughts and actions then they will continue to manifest as patterns – until we see the patterns as lessons. For every habit we have, for every experience we go through over and over, for every pattern we repeat, there is a need within us for it. So do the mirror work…..understand where there is negativity and replace it with positive energy, now you’re ready for the day!
