Good Morning,
Happy Wednesday. Have a beautiful day. Enjoy.

Always do your best……..manage your thoughts and moods. In the early morning hours on any given day, you begin to formulate the energy that will follow you throughout the day. If your responses to the morning routine are negative, if you allow yourself to become frustrated with line ups, traffic jams, and busy people. You will quickly adopt a bad mood of your own…….and its energy will be your sidekick for the day. We must give ourselves the gift of peace in the morning. Five minutes to savour the day and our favourite morning beverage. Five minutes to centre ourselves and to focus on positive, inspiring, and enlightening thoughts. Five minutes to just be…..as we prepare mentally for the day ahead. Tranquility is often seen in the distance…when in fact, it is right where you are. You just need to claim it.
Life produces plants that are just like the seeds. So we must plant our daily seeds, so that we grow life’s garden with intention. The life within you affords you the opportunity to plant your seeds daily. You have the same power, the same wisdom, and the same love that nature has for its bountiful beauty. With this knowledge, be devoted to the care of your essence. Nurture your mind, body, and soul every day, so that you take care of your personal bounty. Days that begin cloaked in kindness, compassion, and humility ensure that it will be a wonderful and powerful day. Make it a habit to set your intentions for the day, to put goodness in the day ahead of you. Tranquility in life is ours if we choose to adopt the pace of nature, for natures secret is her patience.
Robin Sharma said “For much of my life , I believed my thoughts were beyond my control. They just entered my mind automatically and did whatever they wished to do. Thankfully I discovered the truth. We are not our thoughts. We are the creators of the thoughts that flow through our minds and, given this fact, we can change our thoughts if we choose to do so. Just as you are not your thoughts, you are not your moods. You are the creator of the moods you experience, moods that you can change in a single instant. If you choose to do so, you can feel peace in a moment of stress, joy in a time of sadness and energy during a time of fatigue. And in doing so, you will see the outer circumstances of your life change.”
