Good Morning,
Happy Tuesday. Have a beautiful day. Enjoy.

Always do your best……be gentle with yourself when life is difficult. We learn the most from our most challenging experiences. Yet, sometimes we focus on the negative too much and we forget to take the lesson from the experience. It is one of the toughest things we do as human beings to let go of our negative feelings and our sadness so that we can let the light back in. It is during life’s most difficult times that we discover who we really are, and how strong we are. Perhaps the toughest thing about hard times is we want to know why? Why did this happen? The truth is, for some of life’s curve balls, there is no answer to the why question, that will satisfy us in our darkest moments.
So, we must let go of the notion that things shouldn’t be that way, they are that way. The gap between what did happen, and what “should” have happened will torment us if we let it. The soul is peaceful, calm, and capable of adapting to any kind of change. This is how we forge stability in our lives and in the lives of others, by connecting with our soul. Instability embodies uncertainty; and when we are uncertain we are stressed and vulnerable. And although we don’t feel like it, this is precisely the time when we must lean in and feel our own vulnerability. If your mind is busy with thoughts of worry or anguish, you won’t hear the solutions from the universe. You won’t see the way forward and you won’t remember that the only way out is through. Namaste.
Rainer Maria Rilke said “Have patience with everything that remains unsolved in your heart. Try to love the questions themselves, like locked rooms and like books written in a foreign language. Do not look for the answers. They cannot now be given to you because you could not live them. It is a question of experiencing everything. At present, you need to live the question. Perhaps you will gradually, without even noticing it, find yourself experiencing the answer, some distant day.”
