Always do your best…….there are days when you will feel like you’re soaring, and there are days when you can’t muster any energy. It’s as if all the wind has been taken out of your sails. On the days when we feel depleted, we must recognize the signs, and listen to the gentle whispers of our soul. It cries out when our world seems off kilter and shrouded in fog. During these times it is so very difficult for us to accept that sorrow and strife are part of even a joyful life. That sometimes we have to accept experiences that have taught us things we didn’t want to know. That what pains us now will someday pain us less.
Acceptance is the first step. Without this acknowledgement we cannot change our lives. Because we don’t have the right to feel helpless. We must help ourselves. After destiny has delivered what it delivers, we are responsible for our lives. We are responsible for picking up the pieces when life has shattered our sense of joy. So don’t give up being centred. If you don’t feel strong and secure inside you won’t be able to handle what comes at you from the outside. Don’t let go of your values or you won’t be able to stand in your power. Today, take a step towards your truth, and always remember that conflict cannot survive without your participation. There are no obstacles in life, only stepping stones. Namaste
Rhonda Byrne said “Along your journey, remind yourself that one step at a time is all you need to take. One step at a time is all you can ever take. And no matter where you find yourself or in what situation, you can always take one step. You can make yourself feel overwhelmed if you let your mind get carried away with all of the possibilities of what could be ahead. The path to your dreams will never unfold in the way you think anyway, so just keep bringing yourself back to one step at a time. Remind yourself that you are always being moved to your dreams in the way that will bring about the greatest outcome.”
