Good Morning,
Happy Wednesday. Have a beautiful day. Enjoy.

Always do your best……no amount of external success will bring you joy unless you do the inside work. What we focus on grows. So if we are unhappy, complaining, and miserable that becomes our energy. It is what people feel and see when they are in our presence. The more we talk about how unhappy we are, the more unhappy we become. It is the law of energy. This is not to say that we must deny our feelings and the negative people or situations that might have fuelled them; but rather when we find ourselves in those moods, we need to dig deep and determine what actions we need to take, in order to feel better. One way of guiding each day towards it being the best that it can be, is to practice gratitude.
Each morning take the time to mentally go through all that you are grateful for and begin with deep cleansing breaths…..remind your brain that not everything in your life is bad. That there are more positive aspects to your life than negative. Because if we don’t do this, we can get locked in negativity and feel like there is no way out. The best parts of you, must be gifts that you cherish, and they must be used to start each day with positive energy. In this way you will set your intentions and send that energy out ahead of you. Gratitude gives you a shield from the negative forces that would take you down with them. It attracts more for you to be grateful for and counters the things that seem to be attacking your soul. Joy will visit us when we allow ourselves to consider all that we have to be thankful for. Namaste
Jennifer Nadel said “Gratitude is infectious. It creates its own virtuous circle. The more grateful you feel, the more you’ll have to be grateful for. Knowing that you’ll need to come up with a list of positive experiences each day means you’ll start to become more aware of them. When you’re on the lookout, miraculously they start to appear far more often. It is as if your mind is a magnifying glass expanding whatever you choose to focus on. Suddenly you become aware of sources of gratitude that you’ve never noticed before. As the picture you paint of your life starts to change each day, so too does how you feel about life. There is some good in almost everything. And before long, other people start to notice the difference in you, and in turn you’ll find that they are warmer and friendlier. This is the magic multiplier effect.”
