Always do your best…….take care of yourself. It’s important that we commit to practicing self-care and self-love. Because what we think about ourselves becomes the truth for us. In other words what exists and thrives in your mind will manifest in your life. If you believe you are not enough, if you constantly question your self-worth then there is no foundation on which to build your life. Self-worth and Self-love are the two pillars that we must build our life and our experiences on. So the problem, is never the problem, in most cases the problem is a lack of self-love.

Some of us are taught it’s a big bad world out there….when in fact the thing that most effects our life experience, is our brain and our thoughts. The world is a mirror to your thoughts and it is merely reflecting back to you the energy you are putting out. So in the end, how well you live, comes down to how much you love. Including loving yourself, it is a mark of wisdom to love yourself enough to surround yourself with people who lift you up….and to be in environments that inspire and energize you. We all know when we are settling for something that isn’t aligned to our spirit. So today, be committed to loving yourself, make bold decisions, be authentic, and most importantly know that Yes, you are enough. Namaste
