Trust your instincts…….that inner guide that is your personal source of wisdom. We all have a little voice that whispers to us and raises our consciousness in the moment, it tells us when things are “right” and it tells us to beware of danger, harm, or negative energy. As we grow and mature that voice becomes more accurate and we find ourselves able to trust our instincts if we are open to them.
If we listen to the voice when it is whispering then we are able to make changes and govern ourselves accordingly; if not then the voice gets louder until it is almost yelling at us to get our attention. At the core of any successful life is the ability to step back and self-actualize, to see one self as if you were looking from the outside in.
When we actualize in this way then we are able to see our own patterns, the things that keep happening in our lives, and as we lean a little closer to the window, we see that the common denominator in those patterns is us. Pema Chodron said “Nothing ever goes away until it has taught us what we need to know.”
