Today’s Challenge ~ Set your Frequency on Kindness and give people your smile where ever you go today.
Always do your best……..set your frequency on love. There is an old African Proverb…..that it takes a village to raise a child. That it takes all kinds of people who are committed to wellness and abundance for all. In this village love abounds. It nurtures, it helps out, it disciplines, and most importantly the village recognizes that we do better in this world, when more of us are doing better. The village is strong; it withstands the winds of change, and gracefully supports all of its people to live their best lives. It knows when things are broken and have to be fixed and it lovingly nurtures people to fix them, not fix the blame. We all have a light to shine on this world. The thing that eludes us sometimes, is the answer to the powerful question “what is my purpose?”
So we must take baby steps towards understanding how we can shine our light. Start with extending kindness and love to those you encounter each day. Your loved ones deserve the best of your energy; but you will never know the power of a smile or a heartfelt thank you offered to a stranger. So believe in abundance, hope for all, help for those who need it, and bravery shared so that we can all face each day. Encourage people not to give up….but to lean in their lives. To claim their vulnerability because this is where the power resides in each of us. As you think about what you are grateful for today….have hope for all people, that they too, might realize a wonderful life filled with abundance in every way. Namaste.
Cheryl Strayed said ” You will learn a lot from yourself if you stretch in the direction of goodness, bigness, of kindness, of forgiveness, of emotional bravery. Be a warrior for love. The people who don’t give up are the people who find a way to believe in abundance rather than scarcity. They’ve taken into their hearts the idea that there is enough for all of us, that success will manifest itself in different ways for different people.”
