Always acknowledge and honour your feelings………sometimes we try to act as if everything is all right, all the time.  When people ask us how we are, or how we feel, we say “fine” and there is nothing that erodes our self-worth and self love faster than consistently denying what we feel.  Feelings act as a barometer on life…..they tell us when we need to change things, they tell us where there are areas that we need to work on, and they tell us when we are in a good place. 

When we consistently deny our feelings we lose the ability to use them as a sensor, and the key to the development of a healthy emotional essence is to always acknowledge what you feel.  Healing can only happen when we can admit where we are, and move on from there.  So choose to be around people who add to your life experience and who bring out the best in you……anything less is not doing your best.  Anything less will not bring harmony to your inner being and that means that your heart and head are not in partnership.
