Begin this day in peace and stillness ………..take a moment to catch your breath, to bring on the healing of quiet time with yourself. Stay unplugged for a few minutes and just be with the morning, feel the present moment and set your intentions for the day. Decide now what kind of day you’re going to have and then follow through with the actions that will ensure you experience it. Let your thoughts come and go, and gradually allow your mind to settle on your priorities and what you need to focus on. This is standing in your personal power.  Strong with the knowledge that your thoughts, and mind are at the helm of your day. Being busy isn’t always the best use of your energy. Contemplate then act. 

If  thoughts of worry or distortion should creep into your consciousness, send them gently on their way, replace them with empowering thoughts, and feelings that light you up. Let you soul shine through in all that you do, and let its brilliance light the way to an amazing day. Then go and share your light so that someone who may still feel the darkness of loneliness or fear can find their way. Let kindness and compassion be the tools that you use to light yourself, and others up. This will build empathy and allow you to walk in other people’s shoes and to experience life from their perspective. When we have patience, it gives us space in our lives to generate our own circumstances.  Life is your greatest gift, so cherish it, and unwrap it carefully.
