Happy Thursday. Remember to start each day with gratitude. Have an awesome day. Enjoy.
Today’s Challenge ~ Wherever you go today…..give them your smile.
Always do your best…….remember everything you say and do, communicates. It communicates something about your personal brand and generally how you treat people. It lets the world know who you are and how you are. Treating people badly is easy. What takes an enormous amount of skill is to always treat people well and with kindness. Especially if they don’t treat you well, then you have to dig deep to stay connected to your soul so that your light can shine anyway. So, when people are in a bad mood and they’re not smiling, give them yours. When someone seems sad and not themselves, connect soul to soul and wish them a good morning. When someone shares something that is overwhelming them, listen and acknowledge, let them know that you heard them, and offer a few suggestions to ease their concerns. Simple little things that are powerful when offered from the heart with love.
Still, to be able to give a hand in friendship you will need mental strength so that you can align your thoughts to serve your best self. You will need heart strength, so that you remain strong emotionally even in the toughest times. You will need to be resourceful and tuned in to the frequencies of those around you, so that you can respond appropriately. Most importantly, you will need to have self-awareness so that you can be aware of how your communications and your style affects those around you. Go out into the world today and make it your mission to listen, to respond, to offer a smile, or to give words of encouragement to the people you encounter. Whether you know them or not, be kind. There is beauty all around us, take the time this morning to dedicate a moment to yourself and your place in this new day. Namaste.
Elie Wiesel said “Whatever you do in life……remember think higher, and feel deeper. Life is not a fist. Life is an open hand waiting for some other hand to enter it in friendship. Ultimately, the answers are so simple. Not simplistic, but so simple. For me every hour is grace, and I feel gratitude in my heart every time I can meet someone and greet them with a smile.”
