Always do your best……lean into vulnerability. There is an incredible power and intelligence within you, that is constantly responding to your thoughts and feelings. When you learn to control your mind with conscious choices and bold new direction you align yourself with that power. There will be moments when your power is tested. When your monkey mind will wreak havoc with how you need to respond to external circumstances. It will try to convince you that you must stop until you can be more certain of the future and its outcomes. Don’t listen, you’re in control. Being a bystander in our own lives just isn’t a powerful way to live. It’s as if we’re in the station, but we never get on the train.
We allow the train to come and go and days turn into years as we wait for better times, better relationships, and more abundance in our lives. Before we know it, we have lived the same way for years. So we must be strong, we must stand in our power. We must be the story teller for our minds. We are the ones that must summon courage and then we must boldly step whole heartedly into our lives. Reminding ourselves of the power that lives within. So, relegate your old thoughts to the delete folder because feelings and thoughts can get locked in our bodies. Then begin today with a fresh new attitude. As you take in this message, take a deep cleansing breath, and as you exhale, feel all the tension leaving….let go of fear, disappointment, and stress. A change in perspective always gives us a brand new experience. Namaste
